An International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, Tanya is trained in Laser Coaching, Erickson Coaching International, and Narrative Coaching with David Drake. She also holds a Master’s in Integral Psychotherapy and is certified in MBTI, DISC, FIRO-B, Systemic Team Coaching & ORSC, Improv Theatre, and Family Constellations.

Tanya’s global perspective is shaped by living in India for seven years working with Accenture, as well as time in California and studies across Ireland, Canada, and Spain.  She has delivered transformational programs at Esalen Institute and now works internationally with clients including Airbus, Salesforce, King and Splunk.

Now based in Palma de Mallorca, she is the Chief Energy Officer of TMC Global, bringing depth, clarity, and a holistic lens to her work.

Outside the coaching space, Tanya channels that same energy and presence into cycling as a certified Rapha ride leader. Guiding riders through Mallorca, she blends intuition, awareness, and momentum—mirroring her coaching style: meeting people where they are, setting direction, and supporting them to move forward with confidence, connection, and purpose.
